We believe ministry among adults happens best through relationships. As such, we encourage our community to encourage each other through spending time with each other in everyday life. We also have programs that try to create intentional spaces for these Christ-focused relationships to develop.
The true heartbeat of Redeemer is its Care Group ministry. These home-based groups offer a more intimate atmosphere for people to connect with each other for fellowship, encouragement, application of Bible teaching, spiritual accountability, and, of course, great dessert. Groups meet different nights throughout the week, rotating in members’ homes or meeting at the church, approximately three times per month. The Groups start up in the fall and last throughout the school year calendar.
We also love to just hang out and have some fun! Some of the best ways to connect and form new relationships are over a good meal, or by playing a game together. We offer several classes throughout the year, usually during the week.
Serving alongside others can become one of the best ways to connect and form relationships. By serving children in the nursery or their classrooms, working together to maintain the church on a workday, or sharing with youth, we become bonded with those we serve with.
