JASON NICHOLLS
LEAD PASTOR
The Nicholls family has been a part of Redeemer since 2003. Jason was born in Pittsburgh, PA, but has lived in several midwestern states. A graduate of Vennard College, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and Marquette University, he and Terri have been married since 1996 and have been blessed four children. Hannah, their oldest, is married to Blake and lives in Carmel, IN. Their three sons Nate, Levi, and Buster (Ethan) are in graduate school, college, and high school respectively. Jason gives leadership to the preaching and teaching ministries of our church. He also serves in some denominational roles. In his spare time, he enjoys exercise, walking, being outdoors, and especially having time with family.
MATT KITSOS
ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Matt has been our associate pastor since 2016. He focuses on youth ministry, equipping courses, care groups, and various administrative tasks. Matt earned a bachelor's degree in economics and finance and a master's degree in ministry from Bethel University. He's currently working toward a master's of divinity from Grace Theological Seminary. Matt married Jewel in 2006 and they have three children, Lucy, Rosie, and Sam. Matt loves reading bedtime stories to his kids, basketball, The Lord of the Rings, and talking about the Christian faith.
AMBER KREIDER
ADMIN ASSISTANT & CHILDREN'S DIRECTOR
Amber serves our ever growing children's ministry at Redeemer. She loves being able to wear novelty T-shirts to work, and getting the Pastors to dress up in costume. It is her desire to create a space for kids to learn to love Jesus, and the local church, all while embracing the abundance of whimsy and joy that God has intentionally created them with. She also loves coffee, sci-fi and filling her bike basket with snacks and riding around the neighborhood. Amber's husband Jeff can often be found behind the scenes helping create and clean up after her crazy ideas. Their two kids love helping with everything but putting the toys away.
KORTNEY DIBERT
DIRECTOR OF WORSHIP
Kortney serves as the Director of Worship at Redeemer, overseeing the ministry of worship and technology. Our worship service is centered around musical arrangements derived from scripture and theological concepts that guide us toward Jesus.
Kortney has been a part of the Redeemer family since 2016 taking on a more prominent leasership role in worship in 2024. Kortney is married to Phil and together they have 5 children. Kortney is an advocate for native gardening, enjoys birdwatching, and appreciates good chocolate.
JEN GREGAR
WEB CONTENT DESIGNER
Jen handles all the content on our church website as well as creating any logos or other graphic design needs the church may have that Amber passes along. She attended Grace College and majored in Graphic Design & Computer Science. She is married to Andrew Gregar and has three children, Julia, Ethan and Emma. For fun, she enjoys listening to podcasts and audiobooks and attempting to garden.
