WHO WE ARE
We believe the children are capable of loving and serving Jesus just as they are. Our program in the Kids Chapel has the same goals as the service in the sanctuary. To be focused on the gospel, and rooted in the word. We want children to feel safe and loved at church and be continually pointed towards the good news.
Solid bible based teaching in an age appropriate learning environment.
- Sunday Morning Classes Staffed by trained, background checked people of the church, we spend our time together teaching the bible using The Gospel Project curriculum in age appropriate classes. Nursery (birth-age 2) and Preschool (3&4 year olds) classes run the entire service time. Seedlings (5 years-1st grade), Sprouts (2nd & 3rd grades) and Roots (4th & 5th grades) begin service in "Big Church" with their families, and are dismissed after singing to the Kids Chapel for lessons & small group time.
- 5th Family Sundays We believe worshiping together as both a family unit, and a whole church family is valuable. So on months with 5 Sundays, we welcome all kids to join us for the entire service. We do continue to offer classes for birth-age 4 these weeks.
